What is for a Lunch?

Today I made a Oven Barbecued Chicken with vegetables and potato, mixed with BBQ sauce, yogurt and some spice, it is tasty and easy very suitable for low Castrol diet there's only a one olive oil spoon in, just stabilize your food portion. I also made a simple garden salad. The launch was testy and healthy at the same time
note:the portion should be nearly to 80-100 g , there is nearly to 150-200 calories .
