Today I made a Oven Barbecued Chicken with vegetables and potato, mixed with BBQ sauce, yogurt and some spice, it is tasty and easy very suitable for low Castrol diet there's only a one olive oil spoon in, just stabilize your food portion. I also made a simple garden salad. The launch was testy and healthy at the same time
note:the portion should be nearly to 80-100 g , there is nearly to 150-200 calories .

Following the release of post mortem results which revealed that Lee "Alexander" McQueen died from asphyxiation and hanging, the Gucci group have announced that his brand will solider on despite his passing.
"We believe in the future of the brand," said Robert Polet, president and CEO of the Gucci Group. "Lee was very proud of the people working in his company, and so am I."

Goodbye to a legend of British fashion
i am really shocked, I just had read the tragic news british designer, Alexander Mcqueen has been found dead after taking his own life. Somehow I couldn't believe it, well I am going to miss his style and wonderful heels.
